Level 2 Delta lands in Horowhenua as council services resume

The mayor of Horowhenua is praising the community for playing by the rules during lockdown as council services resume in alert level 2.

Many Horowhenua District Council facilities are operating again, with fewer restrictions than in alert levels 3 and 4. But, the Delta variant means how it offers services in alert level 2 is different this year.
