Steady As You Go Class (SAYGO)
Age Concern are starting a Beginners 'SAYGO' fall prevention exercise class for strength and balance for 65+ year olds in Levin. The class is for 1 hour and costs $3.00 per class and held each week . A great way to meet new people while improving your balance, flexibility and general fitness and well being. Age Concern has a few spaces available for our Beginners Class starting this Monday at 11:00am 1st Feb. Please phone 06 367 2181 if you would like to attend as spaces are limited

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
