Cardoon (Cardoni or Cardi)
Is there anyone here that has helped Italian Grandma (or any other ethnicity) picking and cooking Cardoons, and would love to re-live the memory? I have a Cardoon that needs thinning out, and would love to learn how to cook it. Come teach me and you can take most of it home for your own dinner.
