I am looking for old lcd monitors/ tvs and similar to pull apart for repurposing. Happy to collect. Also interested in other electronic devices like PCs, dead hard drives etc 0274131504

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
