I need to contact Chee Moua and Xo Chang Xiong somehow.
I have tried through the company they purchased a house through but that seems to have failed. It is quite important that we speak.
If anyone knows them could you please pass on my details to them and encourage them to contact me.

I know this is a bit unorthodox way to find people but I'm getting a bit desperate.
