Te Uri Taniwha Hapu
Te Uri Taniwha Hapu have placed a Rahul against Windsor Landing Development. ALL work on this development is PROHIBITED by order of Te Uri Taniwha Hapu. Dated 20 January 2020. Contact Ian Mitchell on 094052400 or Esther Horton on 094078847 for further information.
Please note, this Rahul does not effect customary or cultural use of the site or the use of the site by members of the public going about their normal activities on the site. Please support our local Hapu in trying to protect this wonderful site from being turned into a car park which will include the destruction of cultural sites and the dredging of south Kerikeri Inlet which will affect the Kai Moana in the area.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
