Manage your Mindset - 5 week programme starts 24 Aug
Join us for this 5 week programme where you’ll learn a bit about your ability to manage your mindset.
Stress and burn out is on the rise and it's more essential than ever to prioritise our emotional fitness.
Each session runs for 45-60 minutes each and finishes with a guided meditation to end your day on a relaxing note.
You don’t need any previous experience just a positive intention to participate.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
