Section 32 Report, Rotorua Operative District Plan, Proposed Plan Change 9

Lynn Benfell from Progress Ngongotaha-Kokiri Ngongotaha Inc.

Hi Everyone,

This is becoming more and more complex (for me anyway). There is nothing anyone can do about small houses that just appear overnight a metre from your boundary fence, or with windows looking into your property. No consenting is required at all.

However it does possibly affect Section 32 Report of the
Rotorua Operative District Plan, August 2022
I am passing this on so that you are able to read this through and put in submissions (if you wish).
RLC are wanting submissions on the;
"Proposed Plan Change 9 "Housing for Everyone", as it affects Section 32 Report, of the Rotorua Operative District Plan, August 2022.
It is on line at Rotorua Lakes Council now. If you know of people who are not online (and many people aren't due to shadows in the Rural area) perhaps share this information with them as well.

I hope you all enjoy the sunshine, wherever you are !!

Time to Tickle Your Thinker 🧠

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

If a zookeeper had 100 pairs of animals in her zoo, and two pairs of babies are born for each one of the original animals, then (sadly) 23 animals don’t survive, how many animals do you have left in total?

Do you think you know the answer? Simply 'Like' this post and we'll post the answer in the comments below at 2pm on the day!

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
