ASPEN COMMUNITY GARDEN-WORKING BEE
A working bee will be going this Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm in the community garden Aspen Place off Pohutukawa Drive.
There is only me there and I need short term helpers to get the garden going for this years growing season. I cannot manage it on my own and it would be a shame to close it. Contact me at 8b Aspen Place or 021968858 Jane

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
