Lugol's iodine
Hi peeps
Does anyone know where to get 5% Lugol's iodine from.
Being NZ, a lot of good and natural stuff is restricted/ prohibited for controlling issue reasons.
Lugols is 5% iodine and 10% iodide.
As NZ population is one of the most iodine deficient countries in the world I'll look after my own health.
