11 days ago I posted a request for musicians to play at a lunch I was hosting to celebrate the end of diabetes awareness week. The lunch wasn't a grand affair, we had no celebs join us but I did have two responses to my request. Thank you Paul Metcalfe and friend for taking time out of your busy working day as a builder to come along and support our efforts. Thank you to others from local schools who also offered.
I would also like to add that now is a great time to get your diabetes under control and before the silly season starts!
