It is the modern era, where we all are ambitious and competitive. Apart from work done to earn the bread and butter for the family, there are many more things which you believe are important and you need to do them to be a part of the society. To catch up with everyone in every field of your life, you tend to neglect few important things which may not affect you now but in the long run, and a good sleep is one of those most undervalued essentials.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
