We've teamed up with our friends at Resene to offer Neighbourly members the chance to apply for one of six prizes to transform a spot in their community that needs a refresh, a spruce or a makeover. You could win up $1000 worth of Resene paints, wood stains and accessories - plus there's spot prizes just for applying!
