Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi present Te Aho Pūtaiao, our new Bachelor of Environmental Studies programme providing a balance of Māori and western knowledge.
Pursue a career in the fields of environment, environmental science, and resource management or progress to higher levels of qualifications.
Graduates of this qualification will be able to utilise their skills and knowledge for the benefit of whānau, hapū and iwi.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
