I am looking for a few people who would like to join me in doing a 16 Week Health & Wellness Programme with me. I started today.
As part of this 16-week transformation Challenge the programme will help reward you with encouragement and support to help you reach your goals. During these weeks, you commit to taking ownership of your body, your nutrition, your health, and your life. This is the opportunity to prove to yourself and everyone around you that you have the strength, dedication, and willpower to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
