Wattwheels Etrike

Xara from Awapuni

Wattsheels Etrike LS, Red. 1 battery, has space for a second. 250 km on the clock. Large basket on the back for groceries etc. Very powerful and has a throttle. We added a cats eye rear view mirror and lock. For full and technical details go to wattwheels.co.nz. Not suitable due to co-ordination issues for my daughter. She fell off once and hasn't been back on. We took it to Ebike shop and they just had to reconnect the brake cord and move the mudguard. Photos show the scratch along the right mudguard area. This cost $3800 new and is even more expensive now. You can email me on cmkire@gmail.com for a viewing. No time wasters please.

Price: $2,800

Tacking the bamboo-like pest in the Manawatū

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

🌱 A new national scheme led by Biosecurity New Zealand is tackling an invasive weed that’s threatening wetlands, waterways, and forests in and around Manawatū, reports the Manawatū Standard.

💬 Our question to you: Do we sometimes overlook plants when investing in conservation?
Have you spotted this weed in your area, or noticed other local efforts to protect our native flora?
