Awapuni Vege Hub is Taking Orders! Contents List Here

Hi everyone,

Ordering and packing resumes this week with three contactless pick-up options. Please take note that the pick up locations and timings are different this week.

How to Order:

Orders cost a flat rate of $15 and contain 6-8 varieties of seasonal best buys of fruit and veg to feed a small household (2-3 people). Pay either in cash during the Vege Hub open hours (Thursdays 11:00- 12noon for pick up the following week) or via Internet Banking by Monday at midnight. Pre-payment is essential.

Orders need to be in by Monday at midnight.

If paying/ordering by Internet Banking:
1. Set up a new payment. Put an amount ($15, or $30 for two orders, etc) into our bank account. Number: 03-1519-0040986-000
2. In the Reference Details, include: your name (J.Bloggs), your chosen pick up location (MTW), and a contact phone/cell number (020 237 7711)

Pick Up Points Options:
A). St. Matthew's Anglican Church (MTW), 109 College Street, Awapuni, PN, Thursdays between 11:00am and 12 noon. Phone: 06 355 2254

B). My Letterbox (MLB), 86A Heretaunga Street, Roslyn, PN, Thursdays between 4:00 and 7:00pm. Phone or txt: 027 268 7816 Christians Caring in the Community

C). Ochre Art Supplies (OAS), Shop 2, the Gap101 Arcade, 89 Broadway Avenue, Thursdays between 12:30 and 6:30pm, Phone (06) 280 4212

At the pick-up point your order will be packed in coloured tubs. Please bring your own bags to transfer your produce into. Please phone or txt to let us know when you arrive. Contact tracing details will be recorded and hand sanitizer will be available for use. Please wear a mask. If an order is not collected, and no prior arrangement is made, the order will be donated.

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
