Bupa are looking for a Cleaner to join the team in our Gardenview Care Home in Levin.
• Part time role
• Aged care facility
• Free parking

As a Cleaner within our Bupa Gardenview dementia community you will work closely with our residents to ensure our elders’ cleaning requirements are met.

We are looking for someone who is a great team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and is passionate about working with the elderly, making them feel at home.

If you have experience in cleaning, ideally in an Aged Care environment, then we want to hear from you.

This is a permanent part-time role working 3 days per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

Key requirements across the role:
• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience - ideally in an Aged Care / hospitality environment
• Ability to work within a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Valid NZ work permit

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
