The works included in this exhibition are a meditation on the moments of peace and beauty that shape rural life - calves chewing their cud on a sunny afternoon, the contrast of light and the shadows along the fern-lined bank of a meandering stream, a friendly conversation being held between farmers at the local sock yards.
Entry is free, and all works are for sale - including one painting which is being sold to raise funds for Manawatu Rural Support.

I love Rum N Raisin chocolate, but only the Cadbury one, called Old Gold dark chocolate, Old Jamaica Rum N Raisin. It is available in New Zealand - a local supermarket stocks it occasionally and I grab a pile whenever they are available (maybe come from Australia now).

He has a distinctive tawny belly and his fur is quite soft and plush for a shorthair - So if you can scruff a tabby, check the belly, lol.
