Maniototo health service building on time
The build of the new Maniototo Health Services Hospital Health facility is progressing on time thanks to great work by the Building team of Stewart Construction and their sub-contractors along with a mild winter.
A feature of the building are the roof lanterns to be seen thrusting out above the roof. These are a form of skylight with windows that can open to allow excessive heat to clear from the building as well as increasing light to the interior. .

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
