Southland teachers say the Ministry of Education's operations grant is not enough to get by on.
St Teresa's School teacher Rosi Coyle said that without generous donations, southern schools would struggle to provide what was needed to their pupils.
Mobil donated six notebook laptops and five mini iPads to the Bluff school on March 1.
Before the donation, the school had been getting by using six outdated PC monitors, Coyle said.
