Aquatic Centre fundraising quiz
There is always something on my mind!
Firstly I would like to thank the community for their amazing support last night at our Aquatic Centre fundraising quiz at the Sprig and Fern. 22 Teams entered - breathing space only π and we raised $1085.80 a magnificent effort thank you.
I would like to thank our prize donors :
Sandie and Stephen Burn for donating a cake,
Sue and Richard Horrell for the wine,
The Hangar Cafe for their voucher,
The Patisserie Royale Bakery and Cafe for their voucher
House of Travel for the meat pack.
Now for the bad news. Road Cones - there are SO many outside the Top 10 Dairy and the RSA that holding our monthly Car Boot sale this Saturday is impossible. So...we have postponed it and will be in touch once the ditches, trenches, cones and machinery have disappeared. Apologies for the inconvenience.

A riddle to start the festive season π²ππ
I'm a fruit. If you take away my first letter, I'm a crime. If you take away my first two letters, I'm an animal. If you take away my first and last letter, I'm a form of music. What am I?
