Solid wood 6 setting table with comfy chairs about 8 years old. No room in my new house unfortunately so it has to go.
There is some water staining on the table top ( left a wet clothes basket it on the table for a day when I had to dash off in an emergency ) and two dents around the bottom perimeter which are not easily noticeable, Apart from that, it's all in very reasonable nick.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
