Seems like they are so automated that they think they can't make a mistake (in fact one of the people in their call centre claimed this!) so if there is problem it must be the customer that is at fault. It was impossible to talk to anyone that might be able to help me - and I did ask. I certainly can't recommend this company.

We are working with some of the people affected to both support them and decide on the best type of meeting to arrange. I’m in Nelson this week and will share the meeting details once they have been finalised.
