Seville Oranges
I am still trying to find some Seville oranges for marmalade making. Our tree is still a couple of years from fruiting. Thank you for the suggestion of using eating oranges with added lemon - but in my long experience that doesn't yield the lovely sweet/ bitter taste that is so distinctive.
Grateful for any leads!
