Should Airbnb owners help address the homeless problem?
With coronavirus threatening our Nelson and Tasman's most vulnerable, one community group says it's imperative to get people off the streets and out of overcrowded homes before winter.
One option could be to encourage owners of holiday rentals to let their homes to local residents instead of tourists. If you own a holiday let, would you consider letting to locals to help ease the pressure on the rental property market?
