Lights run on 12volt, solar panels to charge batteries, 240volt power runs fridge. There is a 3 way fridge freezer available (not installed) to go with it if desired. Cooking is by gas oven and hob and fitted microwave oven. Hydraulic slide-out extends dining living area. Has current self containment and electrical certificates. Well suited for use as sleep-out, tiny home, cabin, extra bedroom etc.
Price $39,000 truck and fifth wheeler. Would sell fifth wheeler alone for $32,000. We can assist with moving it to new location if you are only interested in the fifth wheeler.
