A huge thankyou to the team at Jamesโ€™s Nursery and Garden Centre

Diane from North Blenheim

๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…ย A huge thank you to the team at Jamesโ€™s Nursery and Garden Centre in Blenheim. Youโ€™ll see Wendy, Philip (owners) and Liz who is indispensable all standing with me, who proudly grew each and every one of 1130 beautifully healthy tomato plants all from seed, just for me. It has given me great joy to give these away as a gift to households in our community. I would encourage you all if you havenโ€™t already, to visit their wonderful Garden Nursery at 157 Alabama Road, Blenheim.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, thereโ€™s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need ๐Ÿช™๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿช™

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship โ€” like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Dehorners

Ron from Fairhall - Renwick - Woodbourne

SharpAs Tool Tips

Pictured is a set of dehorners brought in for sharpening. Like all cutting tools, a sharp edge is essential for them to work efficiently and cleanly.

Good to see that pain relief is now part of the process as well.

If you have tools, knives, kitchen utensils, or other items that need sharpening or repair, come and see me:
๐Ÿ”น Redwood Market โ€“ Saturdays
๐Ÿ”น Marlborough Farmersโ€™ Market โ€“ Sundays
Or contact me directly on 027 444 5535.

Cheers,
Ron
