This is a straightforward process, nowhere near as complicated as applying from scratch for a grant of administration in New Zealand.
I charge $390 all up, including the High Court fee and mail/courier costs. And that is consistent with my overall guideline hourly rate of $300+GST. (I have no idea what other lawyers charge.) Just letting you know, in case you know someone who needs to know....

A letter co-signed by Christchurch mayor Lianne Dalziel and Environment Canterbury chairman Steve Lowndes asked for swift changes to be made to the Local Government Act, which currently blocks the transfer of public transport responsibilities from ECan to the city council.
But Transport Minister Phil Twyford said in a letter sent more than a month later that he had no intention to fast-track the changes needed.
Do you think management of the city's bus services should change? Read the full story by clicking the link below and share your thoughts in the comments. (Please write NFP if you don't want your comments used by Stuff/The Press).

1 hen is about 1 year old, the other 2 are close to 3 years old. I think they are all laying but they might stop soon while they moult. They are reasonably friendly but have been free ranging. All three have been recently treated with Avermectin for internal and external parasites, and were vaccinated as chicks against Marek's disease.
I would like them to go to a good home. Only selling due to downsizing our flock before we move.
Pick up Rangiora.

Our littlest people need your help. Poverty doesn’t start at 5, but until now there’s been no nationwide programme to help preschoolers who are hungry and cold.
KidsCan is changing that. They’re delivering raincoats, shoes and five fresh meals a week to 25 early childhood centres. Attendance is up, and the children are happier and more settled.
"Everyone has the same meal so children don't feel like they have less," Manaia View Kindergarten teacher Kathy Belz says. "It's upholding everyone's mana.”
40 more centres are waiting for help. KidsCan, Stuff and Neighbourly have partnered up to raise enough money to support 1000 more children - and we need 400 more generous Kiwis to hold little hands. To support a child, sign up at KidsCan.org.nz
