Clarks Beach and surrounding Franklin Real Estate
Hi all, I am the newest Salesperson for our Clarks Beach Osborne office.
I will be available for the Franklin region.
I am Samara, mother to two beautiful girls.
We have lived in the local Franklin area for six years, Clarks Beach is where we call home.
Prior to that I have been a bit of a gypsy and have experienced New Zealand's beauty and all it has to offer.
I pride myself on being a family person. I absolutely believe there can be a balance to work and home life.
I have chosen to embark on a journey in real estate as I have a love for history, homes, architecture and most importantly people. Making connections is how we learn and grow.
Take a chance on a newbie and I promise you won't be disappointed. When you choose to list with Osbornes you are choosing a family business who has strong family values.
Get in touch for an appraisal, I would really appreciate your support.
xx

Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
