Our 20 week Health courses will equip you with the academic skills to get a career in the health sector or help enhance your study further. The courses provide learners with an overview and introduction to the main concepts of human health, wellbeing, the healthcare systems in New Zealand and much more.
What’s more, our entry level Health Studies course is part of the Government-led Youth Guarantee programme so if you’re 16-19 you can study this course for FREE. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
