It is used medicinally for a number of health concerns including anemia, asthma, digestive issues, headache and joint pain. Moringa Latte
1 1/2 tablespoons moringa powder
3 cups cashew milk or nut milk of choice
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat on a medium heat. Whisk thoroughly until well combined. Bring to almost boiling and remove from heat. Pour into a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Serve.
