Half-way thru' the year & our 1st Supperclub is here! A win for those who have been asking if we serve dinner. Now you get to dine with us, family-style as you wind down at the end of the week. We are doing them Fridays fortnightly. So that you can sample something new each time, we'll change up & rotate the menu. How does that sound? Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
