ANYONE GOT A REFUND FROM JET STAR?
Jet Star cancelled our flight at short notice and then offered to pay for accommodation and transport.
The contact center staff -who seemed to be determined not to pay - keep refusing the invoices I submit.
1) For accommodation they only accept hotel bills. I have given up on that
2) For transport, they keep picking holes asking for this and that. It was a private hire. Has anyone succeeded in submitting an acceptable invoice for private transport?
