Pet of the Day: Snuffy and PK.
Helen Moore, from Napier, sent us this sad but lovely story on Snuffy and PK.
"Snuffy, aged 17, a fierce defender of her property, a drama queen and dedicated rodent hunter. Died from kidney failure late 2018. PK, a massive show off and occasional thief, her sister, died aged 19 early in 2021, a week after my husband died. She comforted me beforehand even though she was unwell herself, snuggling up and licking the tears from my face."
