FOUND - Spare wheel cover
Found on the Haywards (Friday 2nd Nov) spare wheel cover off some type of 4x4 probably. Looks brand new. Message me if you think it's yours. Have also posted on Whitby's Facebook Community page but no one has come forward yet.
