Citizens of Porirua are fed-up with negligence by local authority to notify the public of continuing sewage leaks due to poor infrastructure. Despite repeated promises over the past two years, PCC finger-pointing and dodging of responsibility, blaming WWL (whom they part-own), shows a lack of leadership, and continues to be played out on National TV and in National newspapers.
