Hi neighbours, a man has won a battle over a parking ticket using his persistence and photos he took on his mobile. Dave Finlay was ticketed for staying past the time limit in a free 24-hour zone beside the airport. Finlay says he's not hi-tech but he takes several photos to protect himself.
