Looking for rental/room
After a room or home to rent. Can afford $230-250/wk for a decent sized room in a flatting setup. Alternatively, myself & 2 mature, full time employed friends are looking for a home to rent together.
Self employed 26 year old, owns own auto electrical business. Flat driveway/garage ideal. Don’t drink or smoke often (socially). Enjoys doing own thing. Happy to share housework. Would want off street parking for project car (runs/drives), just modifying 24/7.
Currently living in Camborne with a couple whose lease is ending in two weeks.
