CHAIR YOGA IN PORIRUA
We're thinking of adding chair yoga to the timetable at Yoga Collective, in Paremata Boating Club.
This class will be good for anyone with mobility issues; people who have trouble getting up and down from the ground.
This post is to see if Chair Yoga is something that would interest people and to get an idea of the days and times that would suit best.
