Hi, I recently made marmalade for the first time - surprisingly easy from the Edmonds cookbook and absolutely delicious - and would love to make some more. I don't want the perfect looking apricot coloured spheres from the supermarket, I want the wonderful juicy REAL grapefruit from the trees in my neighbourhood! Does anyone have any to give away or sell please? I only need 6 large or equivalent in weight in small or medium, as they make a load of jars! Thanks

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
