Improve your movement - improve your life - improve your sport. The Feldenkrais Method® uses slow, precise movements with mindfulness to re-progam your nervous system. Remedy the poor postural habits of injury, misuse or time, and discover or re-discover greater ease and possibilities of movement.

Friendly community class 5:30pm every Tuesday at Whitireia Porirua Campus room D110, with a Zoom option. First class free then koha, suggested $20 waged, $10 unwaged. Contact me first, or just turn up.
