We are ONE with the Buddhist Community

Come and join us in the third Multi-Faith Series event, where you can engage and begin to understand some of the core values that underpin different religions, traditions and cultures that are represented in your community.
Friday 28 June, from 7 - 9 pm at Churton Park Community Centre

We will focus on Buddhism traditions and celebrations and how to understand and engage effectively with the Buddhist Community. Light Dinner will be served.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
