As it will the the last opening for this Summer we may open both days (depending on the weather) so please keep an eye out on this page. We have 633m2 of themed garden areas on a sloping east facing terraced property. If you are wanting ideas for what you can do with your garden you will hopefully find some inspiration here. I will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We have steps and sloping paths but most people seem to manage them OK. There are plenty of seats so take your time and enjoy sitting in the different areas to absorb their special ambience. Different themes in the garden rooms encompass French, Asian, Subtropical, Mediterannean, topiary and meadow styles. We also grow a lot of herbs, vegetables, fruits and dahlias.
It is too expensive to advertise so please tell your friends in the Wellington region who may be interested. All welcome. Entry by donation please.

New time limits and charges will apply in some areas from Monday 6 March. Paid parking was first introduced a year ago, then paused while the city worked through the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prices vary from $1 to $2 per hour, and there are various time limits. There’s also a range of all-day paid parking options available for those who work in Porirua, capped at either $5 or $10 for the day.

We all love a cheeky grin and a wave from our local grocer, or a toot from the delivery driver, or a coffee order that’s ready before we arrive. These are the business owners who remind us we're home.
Give your favourite local business owner the recognition they deserve by nominating them in the 2023 Prospa Local Business Hero awards.

Approx 10 years old reasonably good condition has sagged slightly in the middle so one of the sliding doors comes off.n I've been counteracting this by using a piece of wood to hold it up underneath. You can have the wood too. Has a couple of marks.
