I've opened a new yoga and relaxation studio in Titahi Bay
Kia ora everyone. After having long Covid for over a year, I had to leave my job and change my life. I just wasn't getting any better. Anyway, long story short, I've retrained as a yoga nidra and restorative yoga teacher - relaxation! Gentle poses, breathing, and listening to a gentle guided voice basically saved me last year. Now I'm supporting others who need some relief from anxiety, stress, body aches, tension, and feeling *hitty. I teach from my own experience and I hope I can be of use. 5-class series BeCalm Yourself starts the week of 4 June. Wednesday night Yoga Nidra classes available too. For some, online booking is very convenient, you can make an appointment anytime without needing to wait on the phone. Others still prefer calling the clinic and speaking to a real person, especially if they have specific questions about their visit.
