Help us Help pets in Tonga!
Hi all!
My name is Lisa Coppins and I work as a Vet Nurse in Temuka. Lauren Prouting (vet), and I are going to Tonga in October to volunteer with SPAW (South Pacific Animal Welfare). SPAW is a registered charity that works with our island cousins to bring much needed veterinary care to areas were there are often no permanent vets. This will be my 3rd trip, and Lauren's 5th, this time round we thought we would fundraise to help cover costs of flights, and volunteer fees. Previously we have covered these costs ourselves. Along the trail you’ll find The Fantail Shop showcasing small artworks by local artisans. Even better, every purchase supports the Fantail Trust, helping protect and restore biodiversity on the north bank of the gorge.
