Red Chequers aerobatic team - 71x55cm oil on canvas painting
I don't paint very often and this is one of only two aviation paintings I've done. I rather like this painting on my own wall, but if I get a reasonable offer, I'm prepared to sell.
This was based on a display by the RNZAF way back at the 2009 Classic Fighters airshow, painted in 2011, and with the show back in town this weekend, I thought I'd see if there's any interest.
Painted with quality Windsor & Newton oil paints.
Old Grubber handle

Another great tool from yesteryear. While the quality steel in a grubber will last indefinitely with proper care, the handles eventually wear out. With a new handle fitted and the steel refurbished, this grubber is now set to give many more years of service.
