Hi neighbours - a man bringing a national food franchise to Blenheim says you would be "crazy" to open a retail store in Blenheim in the current retail environment.
Dowsons Shoes and Pagani will shut this week, following closure of Joocy Loocy cafe last week. It is said that agriculture and wine industry businesses are doing well in Marlborough, however retail and hospitality was struggling.
