Foresty company to consult locals on access through their land. What are your thoughts?
An Australian forestry company, OneFortyOne, has acquired a large block of land in Wairau Valley, an area which contains historic goldmining sites, lakes and rivers, original native bush and large commercial forestry plantations.
OneFortyOne said that "as a condition of the sale, the company had to check if the public was happy with access to or through the properties".
What feedback would you give to the company when consulted about access?

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
