💙 We are holding off on planning more Picton Connect events until we are closer to moving to Level 1.

Looks like our friends in Renwick will be walking distance from next year's Wine and Food Festival! The event will be held at the Renwick Domain in February, for the first time in its 33-year history.
Blenheim had a record 16 air quality breaches this winter, although none were during lockdown. 11 were in June. How's your firewood pile looking, did you use a lot this year? Are you already stocking up for next winter?

Median sale price has reduced with a higher volume of sales in the lower end of the market. Interestingly the Sale Price above Rateable Value percentage increase almost 3%, still indicating a sellers’ market. The spring property surge is about to hit but will bank restrictions on lenders slow this down?? Time will tell… but supply v’s demand is still the strongest factor.
